Make-Up Brands That Celebrities Love

Make-Up Brands That Celebrities Love

With bold colors and daring looks, celebrity make-up lines have taken the world by storm. As a matter of fact, it seems like almost every celebrity has their brand right now. But how to find top quality products with a celebrity signature? We will make it easy for you! Here is the list of our favorite celebrity brands and their top products:

Fenty

Fenty

Rihanna might be on a hiatus regarding her music career, but that doesn’t mean she is chilling on Barbados, not doing a thing. RiRi started a very successful make-up brand called Fenty back in 2017. Fenty is known for its inclusivity, and it is one of the first lines that offered the foundation for every skin tone imaginable (there are 50 shades to choose from at the moment!).

Rihanna is a savvy businesswoman because every product she launches is high quality and followed by an eye-catching campaign. She often appears as the spokesperson, promoting her brand on social media through fun and engaging videos (her make-up tutorials are everything). Fenty became a worldwide sensation because it is affordable and accessible to everyone.

Where to start?

If you haven’t tried Fenty yet, I recommend that you start with the previously mentioned Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation. Its light texture is suitable for all skin types. Not to forget that you can find a shade that fits your skin tone (and undertone!) to a T.

Stunna Lip Paint is my personal favorite because the shade range features classic nudes, rich reds, and a couple of unusual colors. The formula is surprisingly comfortable, and the liquid lipsticks are quite pigmented. There is no need to layer up this product, so it will not look crusty after a couple of hours.

And finally, there is Flyliner Longwear Liquid Eyeliner. It comes as a pen with a sharp and precise tip. So getting the perfect cat eye is not super hard with this product. The eyeliner is heavily pigmented, which means you can avoid mistakes and nail that flick every single time.

Haus Laboratories

Haus Laboratories

The iconic Lady Gaga entered the beauty world in 2019 with her brand called Haus Laboratories (named after her creative team). Known for her bold styling choices, it is surprising that Lady Gaga waited this long to launch her signature products.

Mother Monster knows a lot about the beauty business because her brand lived up to the hype surrounding the initial release. Haus Laboratories might not have a wide range of products right now, but almost everything in the shop became an instant classic.

Where to start?

It seemed like everyone forgot about lip glosses just a couple of years ago, but they came back with a bang. Haus Laboratories introduced Le Riot Lip Gloss, a non-sticky formula that is pigmented and looks great on the lips. There is no shortage of bold colors, but if you are also looking for wearable shades, you will find the one for you.

Glam Room Palette No.1: Fame is a dream come true for anyone dreaming about a small eyeshadow palette that is also versatile. From very blendable neutrals to deep browns and black, you can create so much looks with this well-thought-out color story. There is a total of ten different shades that include matte, shimmer, and sparkly finishes.

Flower Beauty

Flower Beauty

Drew Barrymore is famous for being an A-list star from a young age. But did you know that she came up with Flower Beauty back in 2013? Drew was a face for many beauty brands including CoverGirl, and decided to use her knowledge to start an affordable beauty brand available to everyone.

Flower Beauty has a lot of products, and Drew is fully dedicated to keeping up with all the latest beauty trends. New releases appear almost monthly, and the prices are still in the drugstore range. So you can get a high-quality make-up product for just a fraction of a prize.

Where to start?

Let’s begin this with my absolute favorite - Light Illusion Foundation. Just like its name says, this liquid foundation doesn’t feel heavy on the skin, but it is well pigmented. So if you are dealing with dark spots, but want a natural finish, this product might be for you. The only downside is the limited number of shades.

Do you always go for cute packaging like me? You will love the Flower Pots Powder Blush. This blush doesn’t only look good on your vanity, but it is also pigmented and very blendable. Dabbing just a tiny bit of this product onto your cheeks will give you that natural flushed look.

Honest Beauty

 Honest Beauty

It is hard to imagine any celebrity make-up brand list without mentioning Honest Beauty. Founded by Jessica Alba, Honest Beauty believes in enhancing your natural features. It launched in 2015 and now features skincare as well as make-up made with natural ingredients.

It is the ideal option for anyone with sensitive skin since their products don’t contain any chemicals. Honest Beauty is one of the leading green brands in the world. Their line is based around naturally sourced components such as green tea seed oil. Thi brand has both affordable and more expensive products, which makes it accessible.

Where to start?

Honest Beauty might not have crazy eyeshadow palettes, but you can still find a bunch of high-quality products in their shop. For instance, I was surprised by how much I like the Creme Cheek Blush. It is the only cream blush I own (I am a bit old-school and prefer powder blushes), and it is excellent for quick touchups on the go. It gives you a healthy glow and blends effortlessly. The shade range is outstanding too, and the colors are flattering to all skin tones.

Magic Beauty Balm was the first Honest Beauty product I tried, and it became a staple in my make-up bag. It is a multipurpose balm you can use on your lips, cuticles, and even hair. And the fun doesn’t end there - I sometimes put it on my eyelids and cheeks as a highlighter. It is very nourishing and good for the skin.
